BLACK DOT COFFEE
Consisting of two 8’x8’x20’ shipping containers, the design includes a front-facing serving area and point of sale, a backroom for storage, and an ADA-compliant bathroom. The container hosts the extremely popular Blk Dot Coffee offering craft coffee and small bites for breakfast and lunch.
A mural on the container facade creates a distinct sense of industrial urbanity in an otherwise suburban community.

VKCC was designed to create a green belt connecting buildings for the creative generation. The multi-functional hub encourages gatherings, socializing, and relaxation. The main pathway, resembling a stream, links different zones and enhances engagement with the landscaped environment. The campus center, defined by "the feather," serves as the main social hub. The Grove promotes interaction and serves as a lunch destination. The active zone encourages physical activity and casual gatherings, featuring a multi-sport court. This campus environment meets the needs of the user and adapts to the creative generation.
