A two-story concept was proposed that incorporates a masterfully landscaped centralized patio and extensive amenities located on the property’s rooftop. Plunge pools, an outdoor lounge and outdoor fitness and yoga areas are all located on the roof, enabling more ground-level space to be allocated for landscaping and parking. Upon completion, guests and community members will enjoy watching sunsets with sweeping views of both the Santa Ynez Mountains and Pacific Ocean from the only hotel rooftop experience within the City of Carpinteria.
