The project entailed an extensive remodel and minor additions to a single-family home, including an ADU, transitioning it into a contemporary residence through comprehensive interior and exterior renovations. Situated on a challenging hillside lot with restricted access and stringent height and square footage regulations, the project navigated innovative design solutions.
