AB design studio executed a remarkable overhaul, converting an aging industrial warehouse into a cutting-edge class-A office space for their team while honoring its original charm. Seamless integration of architectural and interior design, managed in-house, facilitated effortless alterations, resulting in a cohesive and innovative transformation. The project harmoniously merged historical essence with contemporary utility, breathing new life into the space for AB design studio's forward-looking operations.

Comprehensive upgrades ensued: new MEP systems, windows, exterior plaster, roofs, and skylights. Addressing accessibility, a custom ramp system bridged level changes, ensuring inclusivity. The design ethos focused on openness, accentuating existing wood trusses by sandblasting the ceiling and showcasing the concrete floor removing the aggregate through a grind and polish process.
