At AB design studio, we start not with architecture but a broader neighborhood and real-estate perspective: How will this project embrace its neighborhood, and contribute to a positive community impact? People need high-quality well-designed housing. More importantly, people need enriching and productive environments that connect neighbors.

We work with developers, housing authorities and owners to envision projects that increase density while cultivating community, that are functional and efficient yet beautifully full of natural light while connected to the outdoors and open space. This is a time of multifamily-housing innovation. From prefabrication to mass timber to traditional stick-built, we work with owners and contractors to determine the most optimal way to build. We’ll help negotiate the maze of permitting and regulatory roadblocks, to help see your project through to opening day.
