SANTA BARBARA BUNGALOW
By blending a neutral palette, warm accents, luxurious finishes, modern tiles, statement lighting, and inviting furnishings, an interior masterpiece emerges as our designer skillfully intertwined elements to forge a quintessential California Coastal aesthetic.
The existing interiors were completely demolished and meticulously reimagined to create a private guest wing on the east side of the house and an expansive open floor plan living, dining and kitchen experience on the west side of the house. A luxurious and private primary suite is located on the north end of the house with access to a new deck and outdoor seating and entertainment area.
A private outdoor retreat beckons you to enjoy the beauty of the exterior. The outdoor oasis encompasses a shaded al fresco living and dining room along with an expansive modern deck and captivating fire pit.
