AB design studio partnered with a hotel owner to develop a plan to reposition a 60 year old, 605 room hotel that would modernize the property and elevate it to its highest value and best use. The hotel was converted from a hybrid standard / extended stay model to a fully standard stay boutique hotel. A full redesign of the facade, rooms, entry, lobby, and restaurants modernized and refreshed the aging property, improving the opportunity for repositioning this old hotel.
